How does the tank mix work?
SH needed = tank size × target % ÷ the strength of your SH. For example 100 gal at 1% from 12.5% SH is 8 gal of SH. Type the real strength of your SH: it weakens with age and heat, so old stock is often below the label.
What does a 1:10 draw ratio mean here?
1 part chemical pulled for every 10 parts of water, so the surface gets the bucket strength ÷ 11. Some sellers call the same thing "10:1". Your injector's real draw depends on the machine, hose and tip: use the bucket test on the Downstream screen to measure it.
Where do the default strengths and coverage come from?
They are starting points, listed with their sources on the Safety & sources screen. Roof strength follows the roofing industry's 1:1 bleach-to-water guidance. Coverage per gallon has no published standard; set it from your own jobs. The app remembers your numbers for the next quote.
How do I switch to metric or another currency?
On the home screen tap the sliders icon → Units & currency.
How do I put my company on the PDF quote?
Sliders icon → Business profile. The name, phone, email, terms and deposit appear on every quote. The client never sees your chemical cost or profit.
How do I restore or cancel my subscription?
Restore: Settings → Restore purchases. Cancel: in your App Store or Google Play account subscriptions (Settings → Manage subscription). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Where are my jobs stored? How do I move them to a new phone?
Only on your phone; there is no account or cloud sync. Settings → Back up jobs saves everything to a file you can keep in Files, Drive or email. Settings → Export jobs (CSV) makes a spreadsheet for your bookkeeper.

Як рахується розчин у баку?
Потрібно SH = об'єм бака × цільовий % ÷ концентрація вашого SH. Наприклад, 100 галонів 1% розчину з 12,5% SH — це 8 галонів SH. Вводьте реальну концентрацію: SH слабшає з часом і від тепла, тож старий запас часто слабший, ніж на етикетці.
Що тут означає співвідношення 1:10?
1 частина хімії на кожні 10 частин води, тож на поверхню потрапляє концентрація з відра ÷ 11. Деякі продавці пишуть те саме як «10:1». Реальний підсмок інжектора залежить від апарата, шланга й сопла: виміряйте його тестом з відром на екрані Downstream.
Звідки концентрації й витрати за замовчуванням?
Це відправна точка, джерела наведені на екрані Safety & sources. Концентрація для дахів відповідає рекомендації галузі покрівлі 1:1 відбілювача з водою. Для витрати на галон опублікованого стандарту немає; задайте її з власних робіт. Застосунок запам'ятовує ваші числа для наступного кошторису.
Як перейти на метричну систему чи іншу валюту?
На головному екрані іконка з повзунками → Units & currency.
Як додати свою фірму в PDF-кошторис?
Іконка з повзунками → Business profile. Назва, телефон, email, умови й завдаток з'являться на кожному кошторисі. Клієнт ніколи не бачить вартість хімії чи ваш прибуток.
Як відновити чи скасувати підписку?
Відновити: Settings → Restore purchases. Скасувати: у підписках облікового запису App Store або Google Play (Settings → Manage subscription). Видалення застосунку не скасовує підписку.
Де зберігаються мої роботи? Як перенести їх на новий телефон?
Лише на телефоні; облікового запису й хмарної синхронізації немає. Settings → Back up jobs зберігає все в один файл, який можна тримати у Файлах, на Диску чи в пошті. Settings → Export jobs (CSV) робить таблицю для бухгалтера.
