SoftWash Pro terms of use

1. Agreement
SoftWash Pro: Mix Calculator is published by Dre Dev ("we"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
2. Calculations only — chemical safety is your responsibility
The app does arithmetic on the numbers you enter: dilution of sodium hypochlorite (SH), downstream and proportioner ratios, areas, chemical amounts and prices. Default strengths, coverage rates and prices are starting points, not manufacturer instructions or a recommendation for any surface. Real SH strength drops with age and heat, injectors draw differently from their rating, and surfaces react differently.
SH is corrosive. Always follow the label and safety data sheet (SDS) of every product, the cleaning instructions of the surface's manufacturer (for example roofing and siding warranties), and local rules on chemicals and runoff. Wear eye and skin protection, test a small area first, protect plants and property, and never mix SH with acids or ammonia. You are responsible for the mixes you make, the work you perform and the prices you quote.
3. Who can use the app
You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
4. SoftWash Pro subscription and Lifetime
- Some features require SoftWash Pro: an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or SoftWash Pro Lifetime, a one-time purchase. Prices and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
- SoftWash Pro Lifetime is paid once and never renews. It stays with the App Store or Google Play account you bought it with; use "Restore purchases" to get it back on a new phone.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
5. Your data
Your jobs, quotes and business details stay on your device, as described in the privacy policy. Quotes you create are yours, and you are responsible for their content.
6. Acceptable use
Don't copy, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as damage to surfaces, plants or property, injury from chemicals, chemical costs, lost profits or rework, arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. If the terms change, we will update this page and the effective date above.

2. Лише розрахунки — за хімічну безпеку відповідаєте ви

Концентрації, витрати й ціни за замовчуванням — це відправна точка, а не інструкції виробника чи рекомендація для будь-якої поверхні. Реальна концентрація SH падає з часом і від тепла, інжектори тягнуть інакше, ніж указано, а поверхні реагують по-різному.
SH їдкий. Завжди дотримуйтеся етикетки й паспорта безпеки (SDS) кожного продукту, інструкцій виробника поверхні щодо чищення (наприклад, гарантійних умов покрівлі чи сайдингу) і місцевих правил щодо хімії та стоків. Захищайте очі й шкіру, спершу перевіряйте на малій ділянці, захищайте рослини й майно і ніколи не змішуйте SH із кислотами чи аміаком. Ви відповідаєте за розчини, які готуєте, роботу, яку виконуєте, і ціни, які називаєте клієнтам.
3. Хто може користуватися
Ви маєте досягти віку, з якого можна укладати обов'язкові угоди у вашій країні, або мати дозвіл батьків чи опікуна.
4. Підписка SoftWash Pro і Lifetime
- Деякі функції доступні лише в SoftWash Pro: у підписці з автоматичним поновленням (щомісячній або річній) або в SoftWash Pro Lifetime — разовій покупці. Ціни й безкоштовний пробний період, якщо він є, показані в застосунку перед покупкою.
- SoftWash Pro Lifetime оплачується один раз і ніколи не поновлюється. Вона прив'язана до облікового запису App Store або Google Play, з якого її купили; на новому телефоні поверніть її кнопкою «Restore purchases».
- Оплата списується з вашого облікового запису App Store або Google Play під час підтвердження покупки або після завершення пробного періоду.
- Підписка поновлюється автоматично, якщо ви не скасуєте її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду. Плата за поновлення списується протягом 24 годин до кінця періоду.
- Керувати підпискою чи скасувати її можна в налаштуваннях облікового запису App Store або Google Play. Невикористана частина пробного періоду анулюється, коли ви купуєте підписку.
- Повернення коштів обробляють Apple або Google за своїми правилами.
5. Ваші дані
Ваші роботи, кошториси й дані фірми залишаються на пристрої, як описано в політиці конфіденційності. Кошториси, які ви створюєте, належать вам, і ви відповідаєте за їхній зміст.
6. Допустиме використання
Не копіюйте, не розбирайте, не перепродавайте й не поширюйте застосунок і не використовуйте його для незаконних цілей.
7. Відмова від гарантій і відповідальність
Застосунок надається «як є» і «як доступно», без будь-яких гарантій, зокрема точності чи придатності для певної мети. У межах, дозволених законом, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі збитки, як-от пошкодження поверхонь, рослин чи майна, травми від хімії, витрати на хімію, втрачений прибуток чи переробку, що виникли через використання застосунку. Наша загальна відповідальність обмежена сумою, яку ви сплатили за застосунок за 12 місяців до претензії.
8. Зміни
Ми можемо оновлювати застосунок і ці умови. Якщо умови зміняться, ми оновимо цю сторінку й дату набрання чинності вище.
