ShiftWise terms of use

1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Dre Dev ("we"), the publisher of ShiftWise: Rota & Pay ("the app"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
2. The app
ShiftWise shows your shift rota in a calendar and on widgets, estimates your pay for a pay period and can export your shifts to a calendar file. Some features are free; others need ShiftWise Pro.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (for example monthly or yearly). The price and period are shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country.
- Pro is also offered as a one-time lifetime purchase: it is charged once, never renews and keeps Pro unlocked on your store account.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Use "Restore purchases" in the app's settings to unlock Pro on a new device with the same store account.
4. Pay estimates are estimates
Pay figures in the app are estimates of gross pay, worked out on your device from the hourly rate, shift times, breaks and rules you enter. They are before tax, National Insurance, pension and any other deductions, and they don't follow any particular employer's contract or payroll. They are not a payslip, and they are not financial, tax or legal advice. Bank holiday dates come from the official gov.uk list and may change if the government adds or moves a holiday. Always check your payslip and your contract; don't rely on the app for decisions about your pay.
5. Your rota and calendar exports
Rotas, notes and pay settings you add are yours and are stored on your device. You are responsible for entering your shifts correctly, for checking them against your employer's official rota, and for backing up your device. Calendar files you export are added to your calendar by your calendar app; we recommend adding them to a separate calendar so you can remove them in one step. See the privacy policy.
6. Acceptable use
Don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app, and don't use it to break the law.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, missed shifts, pay differences or loss of data arising from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.

2. Застосунок
ShiftWise показує ваш графік змін у календарі й віджетах, рахує орієнтовну зарплату за розрахунковий період і може експортувати зміни у файл календаря. Частина функцій безкоштовна, решта потребує ShiftWise Pro.
3. Підписки й покупки
- Pro — підписка з автоматичним продовженням (наприклад, місячна чи річна). Ціну й період показано в застосунку перед покупкою; вони можуть відрізнятися залежно від країни.
- Pro також доступний як разова покупка назавжди: оплачується один раз, не продовжується й залишає Pro розблокованим у вашому акаунті магазину.
- Оплата списується з вашого Apple ID або акаунта Google Play під час підтвердження покупки.
- Підписка автоматично продовжується на той самий період і за тією самою ціною, якщо не скасувати її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду. Оплата за продовження списується протягом 24 годин до кінця періоду.
- Якщо пропонується безкоштовний пробний період, його невикористана частина закінчується в момент купівлі підписки.
- Керувати підпискою або скасувати її можна в налаштуваннях акаунта App Store чи Google Play. Після скасування Pro працює до кінця оплаченого періоду.
- Повернення коштів обробляють Apple або Google за своїми правилами.
- Щоб розблокувати Pro на новому пристрої з тим самим акаунтом магазину, натисніть «Відновити покупки» в налаштуваннях застосунку.
4. Зарплата — це оцінка
Суми зарплати в застосунку — це оцінка брутто-заробітку, яку застосунок рахує на пристрої з погодинної ставки, часу змін, перерв і правил, які ви вводите. Вони до сплати податків, внесків, пенсійних і будь-яких інших відрахувань і не відтворюють договір чи нарахування конкретного роботодавця. Це не розрахунковий лист і не фінансова, податкова чи юридична порада. Дати державних свят узято з офіційного списку gov.uk; вони можуть змінитися, якщо уряд додасть або перенесе свято. Завжди звіряйтеся з розрахунковим листом і договором і не ухвалюйте рішень щодо оплати лише на основі застосунку.
5. Ваш графік і експорт у календар
Графіки, нотатки й налаштування оплати, які ви додаєте, належать вам і зберігаються на пристрої. Ви відповідаєте за правильність змін, їх звірку з офіційним графіком роботодавця та резервне копіювання пристрою. Файли календаря, які ви експортуєте, додає у календар ваш застосунок-календар; радимо додавати їх в окремий календар, щоб прибрати одним кроком. Див. політику конфіденційності.
6. Допустиме використання
Не копіюйте, не перепродавайте, не декомпілюйте застосунок, не зловживайте ним і не використовуйте його для порушення закону.
7. Відмова від гарантій і відповідальність
Застосунок надається «як є», без гарантій, наскільки це дозволяє закон. Наскільки це дозволяє закон, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі збитки, пропущені зміни, розбіжності в оплаті чи втрату даних унаслідок використання застосунку. Ніщо в цих умовах не обмежує прав споживачів, від яких не можна відмовитися за законом вашої країни.
8. Зміни
Ми можемо оновлювати ці умови. Дата вгорі показує чинну версію. Продовжуючи користуватися застосунком після змін, ви приймаєте оновлені умови.
