RoofCalc terms of use

1. Agreement
RoofCalc is published by Dre Dev ("we"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
2. Estimates only — verify before you buy, bid or build
All results are estimates based on the numbers you enter, roof geometry and general rules of thumb. Waste allowances, bundle and roll coverage, tear-off weights and default prices are starting points, not manufacturer data for your product. Building-code notes in the app (for example IRC sections on ice barriers, underlayment and re-roofing) are general information; the code adopted by your local jurisdiction, its amendments and the manufacturer's installation instructions always take precedence. Always verify measurements on site. You are responsible for the materials you order, the prices you quote, safety on the roof and the work you perform.
3. Who can use the app
You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
4. RoofCalc Pro
- Some features require RoofCalc Pro, an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime unlock. Prices and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
- The lifetime unlock is charged once, never renews and keeps Pro unlocked on your App Store or Google Play account; restore it on a new phone with "Restore purchases".
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
5. Your data
Your estimates, quotes and business details stay on your device, as described in the privacy policy. Quotes you create are yours, and you are responsible for their content.
A signature your client draws in the app is an image printed on the quote. Whether a signed quote is a binding contract depends on the law where you work; the agreement is between you and your client.
6. Acceptable use
Don't copy, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as material costs, lost profits, leaks, failed inspections or rework, arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. If the terms change, we will update this page and the effective date above.

2. Solo estimados: verifica antes de comprar, cotizar o construir
Todos los resultados son estimados basados en los números que escribes, la geometría del techo y reglas prácticas generales. El desperdicio, la cobertura de paquetes y rollos, el peso del desmonte y los precios de muestra son un punto de partida, no datos del fabricante de tu producto. Las notas de código en la app (por ejemplo, secciones del IRC sobre barrera de hielo, membrana base y re-techado) son información general; el código adoptado en tu jurisdicción, sus enmiendas y las instrucciones de instalación del fabricante siempre tienen prioridad. Verifica siempre las medidas en el sitio. Tú eres responsable de los materiales que pides, los precios que cotizas, la seguridad en el techo y el trabajo que haces.
3. Quién puede usar la app
Debes tener la edad para celebrar un acuerdo vinculante en tu país, o el permiso de tu padre, madre o tutor.
4. RoofCalc Pro
- Algunas funciones requieren RoofCalc Pro, una suscripción con renovación automática (mensual o anual) o un desbloqueo de por vida con un solo pago. Los precios y cualquier prueba gratis se muestran en la app antes de comprar.
- El desbloqueo de por vida se cobra una vez, nunca se renueva y mantiene Pro desbloqueado en tu cuenta de App Store o Google Play; en un teléfono nuevo, recupéralo con "Restaurar compras".
- El pago se cobra a tu cuenta de App Store o Google Play cuando confirmas la compra, o cuando termina la prueba gratis.
- La suscripción se renueva automáticamente a menos que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes del final del periodo actual. La renovación se cobra dentro de las 24 horas anteriores al final del periodo.
- Puedes administrar o cancelar la suscripción en los ajustes de tu cuenta de App Store o Google Play. La parte no usada de una prueba gratis se pierde cuando compras una suscripción.
- Los reembolsos los gestionan Apple o Google según sus reglas.
5. Tus datos
Tus estimados, cotizaciones y datos del negocio se quedan en tu dispositivo, como se describe en la política de privacidad. Las cotizaciones que creas son tuyas, y tú eres responsable de su contenido.
La firma que tu cliente dibuja en la app es una imagen impresa en la cotización. Que una cotización firmada sea un contrato vinculante depende de las leyes de donde trabajas; el acuerdo es entre tú y tu cliente.
6. Uso aceptable
No copies, descompiles, revendas ni redistribuyas la app, ni la uses para nada ilegal.
7. Exención de garantías y responsabilidad
La app se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo, incluidas la exactitud o la idoneidad para un fin determinado. En la medida que lo permita la ley, no somos responsables de pérdidas indirectas, como costos de materiales, ganancias perdidas, goteras, inspecciones no aprobadas o retrabajos, derivadas del uso de la app. Nuestra responsabilidad total se limita a lo que pagaste por la app en los 12 meses anteriores al reclamo.
8. Cambios
Podemos actualizar la app y estos términos. Si los términos cambian, actualizaremos esta página y la fecha de entrada en vigor de arriba.

Завжди перевіряйте заміри на об'єкті. Ви відповідаєте за матеріали, які замовляєте, ціни, які називаєте клієнтам, безпеку на даху й роботу, яку виконуєте.

Ви маєте досягти віку, з якого можна укладати обов'язкові угоди у вашій країні, або мати дозвіл батьків чи опікуна.
4. RoofCalc Pro
- Деякі функції доступні лише в RoofCalc Pro — підписці з автоматичним поновленням (щомісячній або річній) або одноразовому довічному розблокуванні. Ціни й безкоштовний пробний період, якщо він є, показані в застосунку перед покупкою.
- Довічне розблокування оплачується один раз, ніколи не поновлюється й лишає Pro відкритим для вашого облікового запису App Store чи Google Play; на новому телефоні поверніть його через «Restore purchases».
- Оплата списується з вашого облікового запису App Store або Google Play під час підтвердження покупки або після завершення пробного періоду.
- Підписка поновлюється автоматично, якщо ви не скасуєте її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду. Плата за поновлення списується протягом 24 годин до кінця періоду.
- Керувати підпискою чи скасувати її можна в налаштуваннях облікового запису App Store або Google Play. Невикористана частина пробного періоду анулюється, коли ви купуєте підписку.
- Повернення коштів обробляють Apple або Google за своїми правилами.
5. Ваші дані
Ваші кошториси й дані фірми залишаються на пристрої, як описано в політиці конфіденційності. Кошториси, які ви створюєте, належать вам, і ви відповідаєте за їхній зміст.
Підпис, який клієнт малює в застосунку, — це зображення, надруковане в кошторисі. Чи є підписаний кошторис обов'язковим договором, залежить від законів там, де ви працюєте; угода укладається між вами й вашим клієнтом.
6. Допустиме використання
Не копіюйте, не розбирайте, не перепродавайте й не поширюйте застосунок і не використовуйте його для незаконних цілей.
7. Відмова від гарантій і відповідальність
Застосунок надається «як є» і «як доступно», без будь-яких гарантій, зокрема точності чи придатності для певної мети. У межах, дозволених законом, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі збитки, як-от витрати на матеріали, втрачений прибуток, протікання, неприйняття інспекцією чи переробку, що виникли через використання застосунку. Наша загальна відповідальність обмежена сумою, яку ви сплатили за застосунок за 12 місяців до претензії.
8. Зміни
Ми можемо оновлювати застосунок і ці умови. Якщо умови зміняться, ми оновимо цю сторінку й дату набрання чинності вище.
