LiD Test terms of use

1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Dre Dev ("we"), the publisher of LiD Test ("the app"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
2. The app and its content
The app helps you practise for the German "Leben in Deutschland" test and the naturalisation test (Einbürgerungstest). The questions and answers come from the official question catalogue of the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF), published by BAMF, and are shown in German without changes. The Ukrainian, Russian and English translations and explanations are our own work for learning purposes; in the test only the German text counts.
The app is not an official app and is not affiliated with BAMF or any other government agency. BAMF may change the catalogue at any time; we update the app, but cannot guarantee that it always matches the latest version. We don't guarantee that you will pass the test. For binding information, use the BAMF website and the office that runs your test.
The readiness score, the countdown to your test date and the daily goal are estimates to help you plan. The optional daily reminder is a local notification; whether it arrives depends on your device and its settings, so don't rely on it as your only reminder of the test date.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
- Some features are free; LiD Test Pro unlocks all explanations, unlimited exam simulations and smart training.
- Pro is offered as a one-time purchase that never renews and keeps Pro unlocked on your store account, and as an auto-renewing monthly subscription. The price and period are shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Use "Restore purchases" in the app's settings to unlock Pro on a new device with the same store account.
4. Your data
Your answers and progress are stored on your device. See the privacy policy.
5. Acceptable use
Don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app, and don't use it to break the law. The official catalogue itself is public; our translations, explanations and design may not be copied without permission.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, for a failed test or for loss of data arising from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Ці умови — угода між вами та Dre Dev («ми»), видавцем LiD Тест («застосунок»). Установлюючи або використовуючи застосунок, ви погоджуєтеся з ними. Якщо не погоджуєтеся, не користуйтеся застосунком. Якщо ви отримали застосунок з Apple App Store, також діє ліцензійна угода Apple з кінцевим користувачем.
2. Застосунок і його вміст
Застосунок допомагає готуватися до німецького тесту «Leben in Deutschland» і тесту на громадянство (Einbürgerungstest). Питання й відповіді взято з офіційного каталогу Федерального відомства у справах міграції та біженців (BAMF), опублікованого BAMF, і показано німецькою без змін. Переклади й пояснення українською, російською та англійською — наша робота для навчання; на тесті діє лише німецький текст.
Застосунок не є офіційним і не повʼязаний з BAMF чи іншим державним органом. BAMF може будь-коли змінити каталог; ми оновлюємо застосунок, але не гарантуємо, що він завжди відповідає найновішій версії. Ми не гарантуємо, що ви складете тест. Обовʼязкову інформацію шукайте на сайті BAMF і в установі, де ви складаєте тест.
Готовність, відлік до дати тесту й мета на день — орієнтовні оцінки, щоб легше планувати. Щоденне нагадування (за бажанням) — це локальне сповіщення; чи надійде воно, залежить від пристрою та його налаштувань, тож не покладайтеся на нього як на єдине нагадування про дату тесту.
3. Покупки й підписки
- Частина функцій безкоштовна; LiD Тест Pro відкриває всі пояснення, необмежені пробні іспити й розумне тренування.
- Pro можна купити один раз — така покупка не поновлюється й залишає Pro відкритим у вашому акаунті магазину — або оформити місячну підписку з автоматичним поновленням. Ціна й період показані в застосунку до покупки й можуть відрізнятися залежно від країни.
- Оплата списується з вашого Apple ID або акаунта Google Play після підтвердження покупки.
- Підписка автоматично поновлюється на той самий період і за ту саму ціну, якщо не скасувати її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду. Оплата за поновлення списується протягом 24 годин до кінця періоду.
- Якщо пропонується безкоштовний пробний період, його невикористана частина зникає після купівлі підписки.
- Керувати підпискою чи скасувати її можна в налаштуваннях акаунта App Store або Google Play. Після скасування Pro працює до кінця оплаченого періоду.
- Повернення коштів обробляють Apple або Google за своїми правилами.
- Щоб відкрити Pro на новому пристрої з тим самим акаунтом, натисніть «Відновити покупки» в налаштуваннях застосунку.
4. Ваші дані
Ваші відповіді й прогрес зберігаються на пристрої. Див. політику конфіденційності.
5. Допустиме використання
Не копіюйте, не перепродавайте, не декомпілюйте застосунок, не зловживайте ним і не використовуйте його для порушення закону. Сам офіційний каталог є публічним; наші переклади, пояснення й дизайн не можна копіювати без дозволу.
6. Відмова від гарантій і відповідальність
Застосунок надається «як є», без гарантій, наскільки це дозволяє закон. Наскільки це дозволяє закон, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі збитки, за нескладений тест чи втрату даних через використання застосунку. Ніщо в цих умовах не обмежує прав споживачів, від яких не можна відмовитися за законом вашої країни.
7. Зміни
Ми можемо оновлювати ці умови. Дата набрання чинності вгорі показує актуальну версію. Користуючись застосунком після змін, ви приймаєте оновлені умови.

Diese Bedingungen gelten zwischen dir und Dre Dev („wir“), dem Anbieter von LiD Test („die App“). Mit der Installation oder Nutzung der App stimmst du ihnen zu. Wenn du nicht zustimmst, nutze die App bitte nicht. Wenn du die App aus dem Apple App Store hast, gilt zusätzlich Apples Lizenzvereinbarung für Endnutzer.
2. Die App und ihre Inhalte
Die App hilft bei der Vorbereitung auf den Test „Leben in Deutschland“ und den Einbürgerungstest. Fragen und Antworten stammen aus dem offiziellen Fragenkatalog des Bundesamts für Migration und Flüchtlinge (BAMF) und werden auf Deutsch unverändert angezeigt. Die ukrainischen, russischen und englischen Übersetzungen und Erklärungen sind unsere eigene Arbeit zum Lernen; im Test gilt nur der deutsche Text.
Die App ist keine offizielle App und steht in keiner Verbindung zum BAMF oder einer anderen Behörde. Das BAMF kann den Katalog jederzeit ändern; wir aktualisieren die App, können aber nicht garantieren, dass sie immer dem neuesten Stand entspricht. Wir garantieren nicht, dass du den Test bestehst. Verbindliche Informationen erhältst du beim BAMF und bei der Stelle, die deinen Test durchführt.
Bereitschaft, Countdown bis zum Testdatum und Tagesziel sind Schätzungen zur Planung. Die optionale tägliche Erinnerung ist eine lokale Mitteilung; ob sie ankommt, hängt von deinem Gerät und seinen Einstellungen ab. Verlass dich deshalb nicht allein auf sie, um an deinen Testtermin zu denken.
3. Käufe und Abonnements
- Einige Funktionen sind kostenlos; LiD Test Pro schaltet alle Erklärungen, unbegrenzte Testsimulationen und das smarte Training frei.
- Pro gibt es als einmaligen Kauf, der sich nicht verlängert und Pro in deinem Store-Konto freigeschaltet lässt, und als Monatsabo mit automatischer Verlängerung. Preis und Laufzeit werden vor dem Kauf in der App angezeigt und können je nach Land abweichen.
- Die Zahlung wird nach Bestätigung des Kaufs über deine Apple-ID oder dein Google-Play-Konto abgerechnet.
- Das Abo verlängert sich automatisch um dieselbe Laufzeit zum selben Preis, wenn es nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des laufenden Zeitraums gekündigt wird. Die Verlängerung wird innerhalb von 24 Stunden vor Ende des Zeitraums abgerechnet.
- Wird ein kostenloser Testzeitraum angeboten, verfällt der ungenutzte Teil mit dem Kauf eines Abos.
- Verwalten oder kündigen kannst du das Abo in den Einstellungen deines App-Store- oder Google-Play-Kontos. Nach der Kündigung bleibt Pro bis zum Ende des bezahlten Zeitraums aktiv.
- Erstattungen wickeln Apple oder Google nach ihren Richtlinien ab.
- Mit „Käufe wiederherstellen“ in den Einstellungen schaltest du Pro auf einem neuen Gerät mit demselben Store-Konto frei.
4. Deine Daten
Deine Antworten und dein Fortschritt werden auf deinem Gerät gespeichert. Siehe die Datenschutzerklärung.
5. Zulässige Nutzung
Kopiere, verkaufe, dekompiliere oder missbrauche die App nicht und nutze sie nicht für Rechtsverstöße. Der offizielle Katalog selbst ist öffentlich; unsere Übersetzungen, Erklärungen und unser Design dürfen ohne Erlaubnis nicht kopiert werden.
6. Haftung
Die App wird, soweit gesetzlich zulässig, „wie besehen“ ohne Gewähr bereitgestellt. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haften wir nicht für mittelbare Schäden, einen nicht bestandenen Test oder Datenverlust durch die Nutzung der App. Unberührt bleiben zwingende Verbraucherrechte nach dem Recht deines Landes sowie die Haftung für Vorsatz, grobe Fahrlässigkeit und Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit.
7. Änderungen
Wir können diese Bedingungen aktualisieren. Das Datum oben zeigt die aktuelle Fassung. Wenn du die App nach einer Änderung weiter nutzt, akzeptierst du die neuen Bedingungen.
