Levain terms of use

1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Dre Dev ("we"), the publisher of Levain: Sourdough Baker ("the app"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
2. The app
Levain calculates sourdough formulas in baker's percentages, keeps a feeding log and reminders for your starter, plans a bake with a reminder for every step and keeps a journal with photos and notes. Some features are free; others need Levain Pro. The app shows no ads.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
- Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (yearly or monthly). The price and period are shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country.
- Pro is also offered as a one-time lifetime purchase: it is charged once, never renews and keeps Pro unlocked on your store account.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, the app shows its length and the price after it before you start, and any unused part of the trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Use "Restore purchases" in the app's settings to unlock Pro on a new device with the same store account.
- If Pro ends, nothing you made is deleted: your starters, plans, recipes, journal entries and photos stay on your phone and can be viewed. Reminders then cover one starter and one plan, and adding beyond the free limits needs Pro again.
4. Your content
Starters, plans, recipes, notes and photos you add are yours and are stored on your device. You are responsible for what you add; we cannot see or recover your data. See the privacy policy.
5. Calculations, times and reminders
The calculator does arithmetic on the numbers you enter; check the results before you weigh. Bake plan times are starting points: fermentation depends on your flour, starter and kitchen temperature, so watch the dough rather than the clock. Reminders are local notifications; your phone's settings (notifications off, battery saving, Focus or Do Not Disturb) can delay or hide them. We are not responsible for a loaf that did not turn out as planned.
6. Acceptable use
Don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app, and don't use it to break the law.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data arising from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Ці умови укладаються між вами та Dre Dev («ми»), видавцем Levain: Sourdough Baker («застосунок»). Встановлюючи або використовуючи застосунок, ви погоджуєтеся з ними. Якщо ви не згодні, будь ласка, не користуйтеся застосунком. Якщо ви отримали застосунок з Apple App Store, також діє ліцензійна угода Apple з кінцевим користувачем.
2. Застосунок
Levain рахує формули хліба на заквасці в пекарських відсотках, веде журнал годувань і нагадування для закваски, планує випікання з нагадуванням про кожен крок і зберігає журнал із фото й нотатками. Частина функцій безкоштовна, інші потребують Levain Pro. Застосунок не показує реклами.
3. Підписки й покупки
- Pro пропонується як підписка з автоматичним поновленням (на рік або на місяць). Ціну й період показано в застосунку до покупки; вони можуть відрізнятися залежно від країни.
- Pro також пропонується як разова покупка назавжди: вона оплачується один раз, ніколи не поновлюється й залишає Pro відкритим у вашому обліковому записі магазину.
- Оплата списується з вашого Apple ID або облікового запису Google Play після підтвердження покупки.
- Підписка автоматично поновлюється на той самий період за ту саму ціну, якщо не скасувати її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду. Оплата за поновлення списується протягом 24 годин до кінця періоду.
- Якщо пропонується безкоштовний пробний період, застосунок показує його тривалість і ціну після нього до початку, а невикористана частина пробного періоду завершується після покупки підписки.
- Керувати підпискою чи скасувати її можна в налаштуваннях облікового запису App Store або Google Play. Після скасування Pro діє до кінця оплаченого періоду.
- Повернення коштів здійснюють Apple або Google за своїми правилами.
- Щоб відкрити Pro на новому пристрої з тим самим обліковим записом магазину, скористайтеся «Відновити покупки» в налаштуваннях застосунку.
- Якщо Pro закінчився, нічого з вашого не видаляється: закваски, плани, рецепти, журнал і фото лишаються на телефоні й доступні для перегляду. Нагадування тоді охоплюють одну закваску й один план, а додавання понад безкоштовні ліміти знову потребує Pro.
4. Ваш вміст
Закваски, плани, рецепти, нотатки й фото, які ви додаєте, належать вам і зберігаються на вашому пристрої. Ви відповідаєте за те, що додаєте; ми не бачимо й не можемо відновити ваші дані. Див. політику конфіденційності.
5. Розрахунки, час і нагадування
Калькулятор виконує арифметику з числами, які ви вводите; перевіряйте результат перед зважуванням. Час у плані — це орієнтир: бродіння залежить від борошна, закваски й температури на кухні, тож стежте за тістом, а не за годинником. Нагадування — локальні сповіщення; налаштування телефона (вимкнені сповіщення, енергозбереження, режим фокусування чи «Не турбувати») можуть їх затримати або приховати. Ми не відповідаємо за хліб, що вийшов не так, як планувалося.
6. Допустиме використання
Не копіюйте, не перепродавайте, не декомпілюйте й не використовуйте застосунок неналежно, а також не використовуйте його для порушення закону.
7. Відмова від гарантій і відповідальність
Застосунок надається «як є», без гарантій, наскільки це дозволяє закон. Наскільки це дозволяє закон, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі збитки чи втрату даних, повʼязані з використанням застосунку. Ніщо в цих умовах не обмежує права споживачів, від яких не можна відмовитися за законом вашої країни.
8. Зміни
Ми можемо оновлювати ці умови. Дата набрання чинності вгорі показує поточну версію. Якщо ви продовжуєте користуватися застосунком після змін, ви приймаєте оновлені умови.
