HVAC Charge terms of use

These terms apply to the HVAC Charge mobile app (“the app”), published by Dre Dev (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal and professional work, under these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from. You may not copy, resell, decompile or redistribute the app, except where the law expressly allows it.
2. Engineering disclaimer
The app is a calculation aid for trained HVAC/R technicians. Saturation values come from published manufacturer pressure-temperature charts and target superheat from a manufacturer charging table (the sources are listed in the app); results also depend on the readings you enter and on your instruments, and may not match every system, refrigerant batch, altitude or manufacturer requirement.
Always follow the equipment manufacturer's charging instructions and the refrigerant handling rules where you work (for example EPA Section 608 certification in the United States, and A2L procedures for R-454B and R-32). Refrigerant work involves high pressure, flammable (A2L) gases and the risk of injury and equipment damage. You remain fully responsible for the charge and the work you do.
3. Free and Pro features
Superheat, subcooling, the TXV check and PT charts for R-410A, R-454B, R-32 and R-22 are free. The other refrigerants, target superheat for fixed-orifice systems and saved readings require Pro. The features included are described on the Pro screen in the app.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account (or Apple ID) when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the price shown, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription when it ends, unless cancelled before.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or in your Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their refund policies.
- The lifetime option is a one-time purchase: it does not renew and is not charged again.
- Use “Restore purchases” in the app to unlock Pro on a new device with the same store account.
5. Changes to the app
We may update, change or remove features, and correct reference data, to improve the app or keep it in line with manufacturer data and store rules.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To that extent, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss or damage arising from the use of calculation results, including damage to equipment or property, injury, refrigerant loss, or failed inspections. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Ці умови стосуються мобільного застосунку HVAC Charge («застосунок»), який публікує Dre Dev («ми»). Установлюючи або використовуючи застосунок, ви погоджуєтеся з ними. Якщо ні, будь ласка, не користуйтеся застосунком.
1. Ліцензія
Ми надаємо вам особисту, невиключну ліцензію без права передачі на використання застосунку на пристроях, якими ви володієте чи керуєте, для особистої та професійної роботи відповідно до цих умов і правил магазину, з якого його завантажено. Заборонено копіювати, перепродавати, декомпілювати чи поширювати застосунок, крім випадків, прямо дозволених законом.
2. Застереження щодо розрахунків
Застосунок є допоміжним інструментом розрахунків для підготовлених техніків HVAC/R. Значення насичення взяті з опублікованих таблиць тиск-температура виробників, цільовий перегрів — із таблиці заправки виробника (джерела вказано в застосунку); результати також залежать від введених вами показів і ваших приладів і можуть не відповідати кожній системі, партії холодоагенту, висоті над рівнем моря чи вимогам виробника.
Завжди дотримуйтеся інструкцій виробника обладнання щодо заправки та правил поводження з холодоагентами за місцем роботи (наприклад, сертифікації EPA Section 608 у США й процедур для A2L-холодоагентів R-454B і R-32). Робота з холодоагентами пов'язана з високим тиском, горючими (A2L) газами й ризиком травм і пошкодження обладнання. Повну відповідальність за заправку й виконані роботи несете ви.
3. Безкоштовні функції та Pro
Перегрів, переохолодження, перевірка TXV і PT-таблиці для R-410A, R-454B, R-32 і R-22 безкоштовні. Інші холодоагенти, цільовий перегрів для систем із капілярною трубкою чи дроселем (пістоном) і збереження вимірів доступні з Pro. Склад функцій описано на екрані Pro в застосунку.
4. Підписки й покупки
- Оплата списується з облікового запису Google Play (або Apple ID) після підтвердження покупки.
- Підписка автоматично поновлюється наприкінці кожного періоду за вказаною ціною, якщо її не скасовано щонайменше за 24 години до кінця періоду.
- Якщо пропонується безкоштовний пробний період, після його завершення підписка стає платною, якщо її не скасовано раніше.
- Керувати підпискою чи скасувати її можна будь-коли в Google Play → Платежі й підписки → Підписки або в налаштуваннях Apple ID. Скасування зупиняє наступні поновлення; доступ зберігається до кінця оплаченого періоду.
- Повернення коштів здійснюють Google або Apple за своїми правилами.
- Довічний варіант — разова покупка: він не поновлюється й повторно не оплачується.
- Щоб увімкнути Pro на новому пристрої з тим самим обліковим записом магазину, натисніть у застосунку «Відновити покупки».
5. Зміни в застосунку
Ми можемо оновлювати, змінювати чи прибирати функції й уточнювати довідкові дані, щоб покращити застосунок або привести його у відповідність до даних виробників і правил магазинів.
6. Обмеження відповідальності
Застосунок надається «як є» і «як доступно», без будь-яких гарантій, у межах, дозволених законом. У цих межах ми не відповідаємо за непрямі, випадкові чи наслідкові збитки, а також за будь-які втрати чи шкоду внаслідок використання результатів розрахунків, зокрема пошкодження обладнання чи майна, травми, втрати холодоагенту чи неуспішні перевірки. Наша сукупна відповідальність за будь-якою вимогою обмежена сумою, сплаченою вами за застосунок за 12 місяців до вимоги. Ці умови не обмежують прав споживача, які не можна виключити за законом.

8. Зміни умов
Ми можемо оновлювати ці умови. Чинна версія завжди розміщена на цій сторінці з датою набрання чинності. Продовження користування застосунком після змін означає згоду з оновленими умовами.
