HVAC Charge privacy policy

This policy explains what information the HVAC Charge mobile app (“the app”) handles and why. The app is published by Dre Dev (“we”, “us”). If you have any questions, write to mobile.support@zhukovskyi.space.

In short: the app has no accounts, no ads and no analytics. Your readings, saved charge checks, notes and settings stay on your device. The only data that leaves the device is what is needed to process and verify a Pro purchase.

1. Data stored only on your device

The pressures and temperatures you enter, saved charge checks (including any customer or site name, address, unit name and notes you type), the company name, phone and licence number you enter and the logo you pick for PDF reports, the selected refrigerant, units, tolerance and theme are stored locally on your device. We do not receive or have access to this data. It is deleted when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.

When you add a company logo or restore saved checks from a CSV backup, the system file picker opens and the app reads only the one file you choose; it gets no access to your other photos or files. A logo is made smaller and kept in the app's own storage. A CSV backup is read once on the device, and the checks in it are added to the app.

2. Purchases and subscriptions

Pro (a subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase) is sold through Google Play (on Android) or the App Store (on iOS). Payment is handled entirely by Google or Apple; we never see your card details, name or email address.

To confirm and restore subscriptions the app uses RevenueCat, Inc. as a service provider. When you open the paywall, buy or restore a purchase, RevenueCat processes:

a random, anonymous app user ID generated by the app;
purchase information from the store (product, transaction ID, purchase and expiry dates, price and currency);
technical data such as device model, operating system and app version, country or region, and IP address.

This data is used only to deliver the Pro features you paid for, to restore them on a new device and to prevent fraud. See RevenueCat's privacy policy, Google's privacy policy and Apple's privacy policy.

3. Ratings

The app may show the store's built-in rating dialog. That dialog is provided by Google or Apple; we do not receive any information from it beyond the public review you choose to post.

4. Sharing

When you tap Share on a charge check, or create a PDF report or a CSV export of saved checks, the text or file is made on your device and passed to the app or destination you choose (for example a messenger, email or a files app). It contains the readings and whatever customer, unit, note and company details (and logo) you entered, plus a link to the app's store page. This happens only at your request, and we do not receive a copy.

5. What we do not do

We do not show ads and do not use advertising IDs.
We do not use analytics or tracking tools.
We do not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, photo or storage permissions. Picking a logo or a CSV file uses the system picker, which needs none of them.
We do not sell or rent any data.

6. Security and retention

Purchase data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). RevenueCat keeps subscription records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and tax obligations. Data on your device stays there until you delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the laws of Ukraine), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to its processing. Because we hold no account data, most requests are met simply by deleting the app. For subscription records, email us from the contact address above and include your purchase order number; we will forward the request to RevenueCat. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or in your Apple ID settings.

8. Children

The app is a professional tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.

Ця політика пояснює, які дані обробляє мобільний застосунок HVAC Charge («застосунок») і навіщо. Застосунок публікує Dre Dev («ми»). З будь-яких питань пишіть на mobile.support@zhukovskyi.space.

Коротко: у застосунку немає облікових записів, реклами й аналітики. Ваші виміри, збережені перевірки заправки, нотатки й налаштування залишаються на пристрої. З пристрою передаються лише дані, потрібні для оформлення й перевірки покупки Pro.

1. Дані, що зберігаються лише на пристрої

Введені тиски й температури, збережені перевірки заправки (зокрема ім'я клієнта чи назва об'єкта, адреса, назва установки й нотатки, які ви вписуєте), назва компанії, телефон, номер ліцензії й логотип для PDF-звітів, обраний холодоагент, одиниці, допуск і тема зберігаються локально на вашому пристрої. Ми не отримуємо цих даних і не маємо до них доступу. Вони видаляються, коли ви очищаєте дані застосунку або видаляєте його.

Коли ви додаєте логотип компанії або відновлюєте збережені перевірки з резервної копії CSV, відкривається системний вибір файлів, і застосунок читає лише один обраний вами файл; доступу до інших фото чи файлів він не отримує. Логотип зменшується й зберігається у власному сховищі застосунку. Копія CSV читається один раз на пристрої, і перевірки з неї додаються в застосунок.

2. Покупки й підписки

Pro (підписка або разова довічна покупка) продається через Google Play (Android) або App Store (iOS). Оплату повністю обробляють Google або Apple; ми ніколи не бачимо даних вашої картки, імені чи email.

Для підтвердження й відновлення підписок застосунок користується сервісом RevenueCat, Inc. Коли ви відкриваєте екран Pro, купуєте або відновлюєте покупку, RevenueCat обробляє:

випадковий анонімний ідентифікатор, створений застосунком;
дані покупки з магазину (продукт, ідентифікатор транзакції, дати покупки й закінчення, ціна й валюта);
технічні дані: модель пристрою, версія ОС і застосунку, країна чи регіон, IP-адреса.

Ці дані використовуються лише для надання оплачених функцій Pro, їх відновлення на новому пристрої та захисту від шахрайства. Див. політику RevenueCat, політику Google і політику Apple.

3. Оцінки

Застосунок може показати вбудоване вікно оцінки магазину. Його надає Google або Apple; ми не отримуємо з нього жодних даних, крім публічного відгуку, який ви самі вирішите залишити.

4. Надсилання

Коли ви натискаєте «Поділитися» на перевірці заправки або створюєте PDF-звіт чи CSV-експорт збережених перевірок, текст або файл формується на пристрої й передається в застосунок чи адресату, якого ви обираєте (наприклад, месенджер, пошту або застосунок для файлів). У ньому є виміри та вписані вами дані клієнта, установки, нотатки й компанії (і логотип), а також посилання на сторінку застосунку в магазині. Це відбувається лише на ваш запит, копії ми не отримуємо.

5. Чого ми не робимо

Не показуємо рекламу й не використовуємо рекламні ідентифікатори.
Не використовуємо аналітику чи засоби відстеження.
Не запитуємо доступ до геолокації, контактів, камери, мікрофона, фото чи файлів. Вибір логотипа чи файлу CSV іде через системний вибір файлів, якому ці дозволи не потрібні.
Не продаємо й не передаємо дані в оренду.

6. Безпека й зберігання

Дані покупок передаються зашифрованими з'єднаннями (HTTPS). RevenueCat зберігає записи про підписки стільки, скільки потрібно для надання сервісу та виконання юридичних і податкових вимог. Дані на пристрої лишаються там, доки ви їх не видалите.

7. Ваші права

Залежно від місця проживання (наприклад, за GDPR або законодавством України) ви можете мати право на доступ, виправлення чи видалення персональних даних і заперечення проти їх обробки. Оскільки облікових даних ми не маємо, більшість запитів вирішується видаленням застосунку. Щодо записів про підписку напишіть нам на адресу вище й додайте номер замовлення; ми передамо запит до RevenueCat. Керувати підпискою чи скасувати її можна в Google Play → Платежі й підписки або в налаштуваннях Apple ID.

8. Діти

Застосунок є професійним інструментом і не призначений для дітей до 13 років. Ми свідомо не збираємо дані дітей.

9. Зміни

Якщо політика зміниться, ми оновимо цю сторінку та дату набрання чинності. Про суттєві зміни також буде сказано в описі оновлення.
