HiveLog terms of use

1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Dre Dev ("we"), the publisher of HiveLog: Beekeeping Journal ("the app"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
2. The app
HiveLog keeps a journal of apiaries, hives, inspections, varroa mite counts and treatments, feedings and honey harvests, calculates sugar syrup and fondant amounts, and reminds you about treatment steps. Some features are free; others need HiveLog Pro.
3. Treatments, calculations and thresholds
Ready-made treatment schedules show timing only and are taken from published US product labels; mite thresholds and feeding amounts come from the published sources listed in the app (Settings → Sources). They are guidance, not veterinary advice. Products, registrations, doses, temperatures and rules about honey supers differ by country and product version: always read and follow the label of the product you use and the rules where you keep bees. You are responsible for what you apply to your colonies. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for harm to bees, honey or equipment arising from the use of the app.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (for example monthly or yearly). The price and period are shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country.
- Pro is also offered as a one-time lifetime purchase: it is charged once, never renews and keeps Pro unlocked on your store account.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Everything you recorded stays on your device and remains viewable and exportable.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Use "Restore purchases" in the app's settings to unlock Pro on a new device with the same store account.
5. Your content
Apiaries, hives, inspections, treatments, feedings, harvests and notes you add are yours and are stored on your device. The app keeps automatic copies on the device and can save a backup file for you; keeping a backup file outside the phone is your responsibility. See the privacy policy.
6. Reminders
Treatment steps and reminders are calculated on your device. Whether notifications arrive depends on your device and its settings, so don't rely on the app as your only reminder for the care of your colonies.
7. Acceptable use
Don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app, and don't use it to break the law.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data arising from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Ці умови укладаються між вами та Dre Dev («ми»), видавцем HiveLog: Beekeeping Journal («застосунок»). Установлюючи або використовуючи застосунок, ви погоджуєтеся з ними. Якщо не погоджуєтеся, не використовуйте застосунок. Якщо ви отримали застосунок з Apple App Store, також діє Ліцензійна угода Apple з кінцевим користувачем.
2. Застосунок
HiveLog веде журнал пасік, вуликів, оглядів, підрахунків кліща варроа й обробок, підгодівель і медозбору, розраховує кількість сиропу й фонданту та нагадує про кроки обробок. Частина функцій безкоштовна, решта потребує HiveLog Pro.
3. Обробки, розрахунки й пороги
Готові схеми обробок показують лише строки й узяті з опублікованих інструкцій до препаратів у США; пороги кліща й кількість корму — з опублікованих джерел, перелічених у застосунку (Налаштування → Джерела). Це орієнтир, а не ветеринарна порада. Препарати, їх реєстрація, дози, температури й правила щодо магазинів різняться залежно від країни та версії препарату: завжди читайте й виконуйте інструкцію до свого препарату та правила там, де ви тримаєте бджіл. Ви відповідаєте за те, чим обробляєте бджолосімʼї. Наскільки це дозволяє закон, ми не відповідаємо за шкоду бджолам, меду чи обладнанню внаслідок використання застосунку.
4. Підписки й покупки
- Pro — підписка з автоматичним продовженням (наприклад, місячна або річна). Ціна й період показані в застосунку перед покупкою і можуть відрізнятися залежно від країни.
- Pro також доступний як разова покупка «назавжди»: оплата списується один раз, не продовжується, і Pro лишається відкритим для вашого облікового запису магазину.
- Оплата списується з вашого Apple ID або облікового запису Google Play після підтвердження покупки.
- Підписка автоматично продовжується на той самий період за тією самою ціною, якщо ви не скасуєте її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду. Оплата за продовження списується протягом 24 годин до кінця періоду.
- Якщо пропонується безкоштовний пробний період, його невикористана частина завершується після купівлі підписки.
- Керувати підпискою чи скасувати її можна в налаштуваннях облікового запису App Store або Google Play. Після скасування Pro діє до кінця оплаченого періоду. Усе записане лишається на пристрої, його можна переглядати й експортувати.
- Повернення коштів здійснюють Apple або Google за своїми правилами.
- Щоб відкрити Pro на новому пристрої з тим самим обліковим записом магазину, скористайтеся «Відновити покупки» в налаштуваннях застосунку.
5. Ваш вміст
Пасіки, вулики, огляди, обробки, підгодівлі, медозбір і нотатки належать вам і зберігаються на пристрої. Застосунок робить автоматичні копії на пристрої й може зберегти файл копії; зберігати файл копії поза телефоном — ваша відповідальність. Див. політику конфіденційності.
6. Нагадування
Кроки обробок і нагадування обчислюються на пристрої. Чи надійдуть сповіщення, залежить від пристрою та його налаштувань, тож не покладайтеся на застосунок як на єдине нагадування про догляд за бджолосімʼями.
7. Допустиме використання
Не копіюйте, не перепродавайте, не декомпілюйте застосунок і не використовуйте його на шкоду чи з порушенням закону.
8. Відмова від гарантій і відповідальність
Застосунок надається «як є», без гарантій, наскільки це дозволяє закон. Наскільки це дозволяє закон, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі збитки чи втрату даних унаслідок використання застосунку. Ніщо в цих умовах не обмежує прав споживачів, від яких не можна відмовитися за законом вашої країни.
9. Зміни
Ми можемо оновлювати ці умови. Дата вгорі показує чинну версію. Якщо ви продовжуєте користуватися застосунком після змін, ви приймаєте оновлені умови.
