Which nutrient brands does GrowLab support?
Any brand. Add a recipe on the Mix tab and type each product's dose from its label (ml/L, ml/gal, tsp/gal, g/L or g/gal). GrowLab scales every part to your reservoir.
What is "EC at full dose" and how do I find it?
It is how much your full label dose raises the EC of your water. Mix the recipe once at a known strength, stir, wait a few minutes, measure, and use Edit recipe → Calibrate from a test mix. GrowLab needs it to mix to a target EC and to correct a reservoir.
My meter shows ppm. Which scale is it?
Put the probe in 1.41 mS/cm (1413 µS/cm) calibration fluid: about 700 ppm means the 500 scale, about 990 ppm the 700 scale. Pick the same scale in Settings → EC / ppm scale and every value in the app follows it.
What leaf temperature should I enter for VPD?
Measure the leaf surface with an infrared thermometer and enter how much cooler (negative) or warmer it is than the air. If you can't measure it, a couple of degrees cooler than the air is a common starting point.
Where do the crop EC and pH targets come from?
From Oklahoma State University Extension fact sheet HLA-6722. The formulas and every source are in Settings → Sources & disclaimer. Always follow your nutrient label and measure after mixing.
Reminders don't arrive.
Open the Log tab → Reminders and check they are on, then allow notifications for GrowLab in your phone settings. On Android, also turn off battery optimisation for the app. Reminders follow your log: the check reminder counts from your last reading, the fresh-mix reminder from your last fresh mix.
Why does GrowLab ask for the EC after I log a mix?
From the EC you measure after mixing, GrowLab works out what your recipe's full dose adds to your water. After that, "To target EC" and "Fix my reservoir" work without any extra setup.
How do I move my log to a new phone or a spreadsheet?
With Pro, tap the share button on the Log tab to export a CSV file. Your data stays on your device only, so make an export before deleting the app.
How do I restore my Pro subscription on a new phone?
Install the app with the same Google Play account or Apple ID and tap Settings → Restore purchases.
How do I cancel a subscription?
On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store: Google Play or Apple.

Які бренди добрив підтримує GrowLab?
Будь-які. Додайте рецепт на вкладці «Розчин» і введіть дозу кожного продукту з етикетки (мл/л, мл/гал, ч. л./гал, г/л або г/гал). GrowLab перерахує кожен компонент на ваш резервуар.
Що таке «EC повної дози» і як його дізнатися?
Це те, на скільки повна доза з етикетки підвищує EC вашої води. Замішайте рецепт один раз відомої концентрації, перемішайте, зачекайте кілька хвилин, виміряйте й скористайтеся «Редагувати рецепт» → «Калібрувати за пробним розчином». Це потрібно, щоб замішувати на цільовий EC і виправляти резервуар.
Мій прилад показує ppm. Яка це шкала?
Опустіть датчик у калібрувальний розчин 1,41 mS/cm (1413 µS/cm): близько 700 ppm — шкала 500, близько 990 ppm — шкала 700. Оберіть ту саму шкалу в Налаштування → Шкала EC / ppm, і всі значення в застосунку будуть у ній.
Яку температуру листя вводити для VPD?
Виміряйте поверхню листка інфрачервоним термометром і введіть, на скільки вона холодніша (мінус) або тепліша за повітря. Якщо виміряти не можете, кілька градусів холодніше за повітря — поширена відправна точка.
Звідки цілі EC і pH для культур?
З довідника HLA-6722 Служби Extension Університету штату Оклахома. Формули й усі джерела — в Налаштування → Джерела і застереження. Завжди дотримуйтеся етикетки добрив і вимірюйте після змішування.
Не приходять нагадування.
Відкрийте вкладку «Журнал» → «Нагадування» й перевірте, що вони ввімкнені, а потім дозвольте сповіщення для GrowLab у налаштуваннях телефону. На Android також вимкніть для застосунку оптимізацію батареї. Нагадування йдуть від вашого журналу: перевірка — від останнього вимірювання, свіжий розчин — від останньої заміни.
Навіщо GrowLab питає EC після запису розчину?
З EC, який ви виміряли після змішування, GrowLab рахує, скільки додає повна доза вашого рецепта. Після цього «На цільовий EC» і «Виправити резервуар» працюють без додаткового налаштування.
Як перенести журнал на новий телефон чи в таблицю?
З Pro натисніть кнопку «Поділитися» на вкладці «Журнал», щоб експортувати файл CSV. Дані зберігаються лише на вашому пристрої, тож зробіть експорт перед видаленням застосунку.
Як відновити підписку Pro на новому телефоні?
Установіть застосунок з тим самим акаунтом Google Play або Apple ID і натисніть Налаштування → Відновити покупки.
Як скасувати підписку?
Android: Google Play → Платежі й підписки → Підписки. iPhone: Параметри → ваше імʼя → Підписки. Скасуйте щонайменше за 24 години до кінця періоду; Pro працює до кінця оплаченого періоду.
Як повернути гроші?
Повернення обробляє магазин: Google Play або Apple.
