GrowLab terms of use

1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Dre Dev ("we"), the publisher of GrowLab: Nutrients & VPD ("the app"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
2. The app
GrowLab calculates nutrient amounts for hydroponic reservoirs from the label doses you enter, converts between EC and ppm, calculates leaf vapor pressure deficit (VPD), offers week-by-week feeding schedules and keeps a reservoir log. Some features are free; others need GrowLab Pro.
3. Calculations, targets and safety
Amounts, expected EC values, corrections, VPD bands and crop EC and pH targets are estimates for guidance, based on your input and the published sources listed in the app (Settings → Sources & disclaimer). Nutrient products, water, meters, systems and plants differ. Always follow your nutrient manufacturer's label and safety instructions, add nutrients in steps, measure EC and pH after mixing and adjust. Never mix nutrient concentrates directly with each other. You are responsible for what you add to your reservoir and for your growing conditions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for harm to plants, crops or equipment arising from the use of the app.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). The price and period are shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country.
- Pro is also offered as a one-time lifetime purchase: it is charged once, never renews and keeps Pro unlocked on your store account.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Recipes, schedules and log entries you created stay on your device.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Use "Restore purchases" in the app's settings to unlock Pro on a new device with the same store account.
5. Your content
Recipes, schedules, log entries and notes you add are yours and are stored on your device. You are responsible for backing them up; the reservoir log can be exported as a CSV file. See the privacy policy.
6. Acceptable use
Don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app, and don't use it to break the law, including laws on what you may grow where you live.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data arising from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.

2. Застосунок
GrowLab розраховує кількість добрив для гідропонного резервуара за дозами з етикеток, які ви вводите, перераховує EC і ppm, рахує дефіцит тиску пари листя (VPD), пропонує графіки живлення по тижнях і веде журнал резервуара. Частина функцій безкоштовна, решта потребує GrowLab Pro.
3. Розрахунки, цілі й безпека
Кількості, очікуваний EC, корекції, діапазони VPD і цілі EC та pH для культур — орієнтовні оцінки на основі ваших даних і опублікованих джерел, перелічених у застосунку (Налаштування → Джерела і застереження). Добрива, вода, прилади, системи й рослини різняться. Завжди дотримуйтеся етикетки та інструкцій з безпеки виробника добрив, додавайте добрива поступово, вимірюйте EC і pH після змішування й коригуйте. Ніколи не змішуйте концентрати добрив між собою напряму. Ви відповідаєте за те, що додаєте в резервуар, і за умови вирощування. Наскільки це дозволяє закон, ми не відповідаємо за шкоду рослинам, урожаю чи обладнанню внаслідок використання застосунку.
4. Підписки й покупки
- Pro — підписка з автоматичним продовженням (місячна або річна). Ціна й період показані в застосунку перед покупкою і можуть відрізнятися залежно від країни.
- Pro також можна купити назавжди одноразовою покупкою: оплата списується один раз, не продовжується, і Pro лишається розблокованим для вашого облікового запису магазину.
- Оплата списується з вашого Apple ID або облікового запису Google Play після підтвердження покупки.
- Підписка автоматично продовжується на той самий період за тією самою ціною, якщо ви не скасуєте її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду. Оплата за продовження списується протягом 24 годин до кінця періоду.
- Якщо пропонується безкоштовний пробний період, його невикористана частина завершується після купівлі підписки.
- Керувати підпискою чи скасувати її можна в налаштуваннях облікового запису App Store або Google Play. Після скасування Pro діє до кінця оплаченого періоду. Створені рецепти, графіки й записи журналу лишаються на пристрої.
- Повернення коштів здійснюють Apple або Google за своїми правилами.
- Щоб відкрити Pro на новому пристрої з тим самим обліковим записом магазину, скористайтеся «Відновити покупки» в налаштуваннях застосунку.
5. Ваш вміст
Рецепти, графіки, записи журналу й нотатки належать вам і зберігаються на пристрої. Ви відповідаєте за їх резервне копіювання; журнал резервуара можна експортувати у файл CSV. Див. політику конфіденційності.
6. Допустиме використання
Не копіюйте, не перепродавайте, не декомпілюйте застосунок і не використовуйте його на шкоду чи з порушенням закону, зокрема законів про те, що дозволено вирощувати у вашій країні.
7. Відмова від гарантій і відповідальність
Застосунок надається «як є», без гарантій, наскільки це дозволяє закон. Наскільки це дозволяє закон, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі збитки чи втрату даних унаслідок використання застосунку. Ніщо в цих умовах не обмежує прав споживачів, від яких не можна відмовитися за законом вашої країни.
8. Зміни
Ми можемо оновлювати ці умови. Дата вгорі показує чинну версію. Якщо ви продовжуєте користуватися застосунком після змін, ви приймаєте оновлені умови.
