SlabCalc terms of use

1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Dre Dev ("we"), the publisher of SlabCalc: Concrete & Rebar ("the app"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
2. The app
SlabCalc estimates concrete volumes and bags, rebar, wire mesh, forms and costs from the sizes and prices you enter. Some calculators are free; others need SlabCalc Pro.
3. Estimates only
Results are estimates for planning and ordering. They are not engineering, structural or code advice. Bag yields come from manufacturers' published data and vary by product; rebar size, spacing, cover and lap lengths, mesh overlaps and form design must follow your plans, your engineer, local building codes and the product data sheets. Check the numbers before you order or pour. You are responsible for the quantities you order and the work you do.
4. Purchases
- SlabCalc Pro is a one-time purchase: it is charged once to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm it, never renews and keeps Pro unlocked on that store account.
- The price is shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country.
- If we ever offer Pro as a subscription, its price, period and renewal terms will be shown before you buy. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and you can cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Use "Restore purchase" in the app's settings or on the purchase screen to unlock Pro on a new device with the same store account.
5. Your content
The sizes, jobs and prices you enter are yours and are stored on your device. You are responsible for what you enter and share, and for backing up your device. See the privacy policy.
6. Acceptable use
Don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app, and don't use it to break the law.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, material over- or under-orders, delays or loss of data arising from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Estos términos son entre tú y Dre Dev ("nosotros"), el editor de SlabCalc: Concrete & Rebar ("la app"). Al instalar o usar la app los aceptas. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la app. Si obtuviste la app en Apple App Store, también se aplica el Contrato de licencia de usuario final de Apple.
2. La app
SlabCalc estima volúmenes de concreto y bolsas, varilla, malla electrosoldada, cimbra y costos a partir de las medidas y precios que escribes. Algunas calculadoras son gratis; otras necesitan SlabCalc Pro.
3. Solo son estimaciones
Los resultados son estimaciones para planear y pedir. No son asesoría de ingeniería, estructural ni de reglamento. El rendimiento de las bolsas viene de datos publicados por los fabricantes y varía según el producto; el calibre, la separación, el recubrimiento y los traslapes de la varilla, los traslapes de la malla y el diseño de la cimbra deben seguir tus planos, a tu ingeniero, el reglamento de construcción local y las fichas técnicas de los productos. Revisa los números antes de pedir o colar. Tú eres responsable de las cantidades que pides y del trabajo que haces.
4. Compras
- SlabCalc Pro es una compra única: se cobra una sola vez a tu Apple ID o cuenta de Google Play cuando la confirmas, nunca se renueva y mantiene Pro desbloqueado en esa cuenta de la tienda.
- El precio se muestra en la app antes de comprar y puede variar según el país.
- Si algún día ofrecemos Pro como suscripción, su precio, periodo y condiciones de renovación se mostrarán antes de comprar. Una suscripción se renueva automáticamente salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes de que termine el periodo actual, y puedes cancelarla en los ajustes de tu cuenta de App Store o Google Play.
- Los reembolsos los gestionan Apple o Google según sus políticas.
- Usa "Restaurar compra" en los ajustes de la app o en la pantalla de compra para desbloquear Pro en un dispositivo nuevo con la misma cuenta de la tienda.
5. Tu contenido
Las medidas, obras y precios que escribes son tuyos y se guardan en tu dispositivo. Eres responsable de lo que escribes y compartes, y de respaldar tu dispositivo. Consulta la política de privacidad.
6. Uso aceptable
No copies, revendas, descompiles ni hagas mal uso de la app, ni la uses para violar la ley.
7. Exención de garantías y responsabilidad
La app se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantías, en la medida en que la ley lo permita. En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no somos responsables de daños indirectos, pedidos de material de más o de menos, retrasos ni pérdida de datos derivados del uso de la app. Nada en estos términos limita los derechos del consumidor a los que no se puede renunciar según la ley de tu país.
8. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos términos. La fecha de vigencia de arriba muestra la versión actual. Si sigues usando la app después de un cambio, aceptas los términos actualizados.

3. Лише оцінка
Результати — це оцінки для планування й замовлення, а не інженерна, конструкторська чи нормативна порада. Вихід бетону з мішка взято з опублікованих даних виробників, і він різниться між продуктами; діаметр, крок, захисний шар і довжина нахлесту арматури, нахлест сітки та конструкція опалубки мають відповідати вашому проєкту, інженеру, місцевим будівельним нормам і технічним паспортам продуктів. Перевіряйте числа перед замовленням і заливкою. Ви відповідаєте за кількість, яку замовляєте, і за виконані роботи.
4. Покупки
- SlabCalc Pro — разова покупка: оплата списується один раз з вашого Apple ID або облікового запису Google Play після підтвердження, не продовжується, і Pro лишається відкритим для цього облікового запису магазину.
- Ціна показана в застосунку перед покупкою і може відрізнятися залежно від країни.
- Якщо ми колись запропонуємо Pro як підписку, її ціну, період і умови продовження буде показано перед покупкою. Підписка продовжується автоматично, якщо ви не скасуєте її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду; скасувати можна в налаштуваннях облікового запису App Store або Google Play.
- Повернення коштів здійснюють Apple або Google за своїми правилами.
- Щоб відкрити Pro на новому пристрої з тим самим обліковим записом магазину, скористайтеся «Restore purchase» у налаштуваннях застосунку або на екрані покупки.
5. Ваш вміст
Розміри, роботи й ціни, які ви вводите, належать вам і зберігаються на вашому пристрої. Ви відповідаєте за те, що вводите й поширюєте, а також за резервне копіювання пристрою. Див. політику конфіденційності.
6. Допустиме використання
Не копіюйте, не перепродавайте, не декомпілюйте застосунок і не використовуйте його на шкоду чи з порушенням закону.
7. Відмова від гарантій і відповідальність
Застосунок надається «як є», без гарантій, наскільки це дозволяє закон. Наскільки це дозволяє закон, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі збитки, надлишок чи нестачу замовлених матеріалів, затримки або втрату даних унаслідок використання застосунку. Ці умови не обмежують права споживачів, від яких не можна відмовитися за законом вашої країни.
8. Зміни
Ми можемо оновлювати ці умови. Дата вгорі показує чинну версію. Продовжуючи користуватися застосунком після змін, ви приймаєте оновлені умови.
