SiteLog terms of use

1. Agreement
SiteLog: Daily Report & Snags is published by Dre Dev ("we"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
2. Your records
SiteLog helps you keep daily reports and punch lists. You are responsible for what you record, its accuracy, and how you use or share it, including photos of people or property. The app is not legal, contractual or safety advice, and a report made with it is not proof of compliance on its own.
3. Keep a backup
Your data is stored only on your device. We cannot see it or recover it if the device is lost, reset or the app is deleted. Use Settings → Export backup regularly and keep the file somewhere safe.
4. Who can use the app
You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
5. SiteLog Pro subscription
- Some features require SiteLog Pro, an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). Prices and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
6. Your data
Your projects, reports, photos and company details stay on your device, as described in the privacy policy. Everything you create is yours.
7. Acceptable use
Don't copy, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, or use it for anything unlawful.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data, disputes, delays, lost profits or rework, arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. If the terms change, we will update this page and the effective date above.

SiteLog: Daily Report & Snags публікує Dre Dev («ми»). Завантажуючи чи використовуючи застосунок, ви погоджуєтеся з цими умовами. Якщо ви отримали застосунок з Apple App Store, також діє стандартна ліцензійна угода Apple (EULA).
2. Ваші записи
SiteLog допомагає вести щоденні звіти й списки недоліків. Ви відповідаєте за те, що записуєте, за точність записів і за те, як їх використовуєте чи кому передаєте, зокрема фото людей або майна. Застосунок не є юридичною, договірною чи безпековою консультацією, а звіт, створений у ньому, сам по собі не доводить відповідності вимогам.
3. Робіть резервні копії
Ваші дані зберігаються лише на пристрої. Ми не бачимо їх і не можемо відновити, якщо пристрій втрачено, скинуто чи застосунок видалено. Регулярно використовуйте Settings → Export backup і зберігайте файл у надійному місці.
4. Хто може користуватися
Ви маєте бути достатньо дорослими, щоб укладати угоди у своїй країні, або мати дозвіл батьків чи опікуна.
5. Підписка SiteLog Pro
- Деякі функції потребують SiteLog Pro — підписки з автоматичним поновленням (щомісячної або щорічної). Ціни й безкоштовний пробний період (якщо є) показано в застосунку до покупки.
- Оплата списується з облікового запису App Store або Google Play під час підтвердження покупки або після завершення пробного періоду.
- Підписка поновлюється автоматично, якщо не скасувати її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду. Плата за поновлення списується протягом 24 годин до кінця періоду.
- Керувати підпискою чи скасувати її можна в налаштуваннях облікового запису App Store або Google Play. Видалення застосунку не скасовує підписку. Невикористана частина пробного періоду втрачається після купівлі підписки.
- Повернення коштів здійснюють Apple або Google за своїми правилами.
6. Ваші дані
Ваші проєкти, звіти, фото й дані компанії залишаються на пристрої, як описано в політиці конфіденційності. Усе, що ви створюєте, належить вам.
7. Допустиме використання
Не копіюйте, не декомпілюйте, не перепродавайте й не поширюйте застосунок і не використовуйте його для незаконних цілей.
8. Відмова від гарантій і відповідальність
Застосунок надається «як є» і «як доступно», без будь-яких гарантій, зокрема точності чи придатності для певної мети. Наскільки це дозволяє закон, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі чи похідні збитки, як-от втрату даних, спори, затримки, втрачений прибуток чи переробки, пов'язані з використанням застосунку. Наша загальна відповідальність обмежена сумою, яку ви сплатили за застосунок за 12 місяців до претензії.
9. Зміни
Ми можемо оновлювати застосунок і ці умови. Якщо умови зміняться, ми оновимо цю сторінку й дату набрання чинності вище.
