RowKeeper terms of use

1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Dre Dev ("we"), the publisher of RowKeeper: Knit & Crochet ("the app"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
2. The app
RowKeeper counts rows and stitches for knitting and crochet projects, shows pattern files with a row highlighter, keeps notes and photos and includes a yarn calculator. Some features are free; others need RowKeeper Pro. The app shows no ads.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
- Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (for example monthly or yearly). The price and period are shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country.
- Pro is also offered as a one-time lifetime purchase: it is charged once, never renews and keeps Pro unlocked on your store account.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, the app shows the date of the first charge before you start it, and any unused part of the trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Use "Restore purchases" in the app's settings to unlock Pro on a new device with the same store account.
- If Pro ends, nothing you made is deleted or locked: your projects, counters, photos and patterns stay usable; only adding more than the free limits needs Pro again.
4. Your content
Projects, notes, photos and pattern files you add are yours and are stored on your device. Patterns are usually protected by their designers' copyright: only import pattern files you have the right to use, for your own personal use. You are responsible for what you add and for keeping backup files; we cannot see or recover your data. See the privacy policy.
5. Yarn calculator
The yarn calculator works from the numbers you enter (ball band, kitchen scale, pattern) and gives estimates. Real yarn use varies with tension, stitch pattern and dye lot, so keep some extra yarn. We are not responsible for yarn shortages or leftovers.
6. Acceptable use
Don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app, and don't use it to break the law.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data arising from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Ці умови укладаються між вами та Dre Dev («ми»), видавцем RowKeeper: Knit & Crochet («застосунок»). Встановлюючи або використовуючи застосунок, ви погоджуєтеся з ними. Якщо ви не згодні, будь ласка, не користуйтеся застосунком. Якщо ви отримали застосунок з Apple App Store, також діє ліцензійна угода Apple з кінцевим користувачем.
2. Застосунок
RowKeeper рахує ряди й петлі в проєктах вʼязання спицями й гачком, показує файли схем із підсвічуванням ряду, зберігає нотатки й фото та має калькулятор пряжі. Частина функцій безкоштовна, інші потребують RowKeeper Pro. Застосунок не показує реклами.
3. Підписки й покупки
- Pro пропонується як підписка з автоматичним поновленням (наприклад, на місяць або рік). Ціну й період показано в застосунку до покупки; вони можуть відрізнятися залежно від країни.
- Pro також пропонується як разова покупка назавжди: вона оплачується один раз, ніколи не поновлюється й залишає Pro відкритим у вашому обліковому записі магазину.
- Оплата списується з вашого Apple ID або облікового запису Google Play після підтвердження покупки.
- Підписка автоматично поновлюється на той самий період за ту саму ціну, якщо не скасувати її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду. Оплата за поновлення списується протягом 24 годин до кінця періоду.
- Якщо пропонується безкоштовний пробний період, застосунок показує дату першого списання до його початку, а невикористана частина пробного періоду завершується після покупки підписки.
- Керувати підпискою чи скасувати її можна в налаштуваннях облікового запису App Store або Google Play. Після скасування Pro діє до кінця оплаченого періоду.
- Повернення коштів здійснюють Apple або Google за своїми правилами.
- Щоб відкрити Pro на новому пристрої з тим самим обліковим записом магазину, скористайтеся «Відновити покупки» в налаштуваннях застосунку.
- Якщо Pro закінчився, нічого з вашого не видаляється й не блокується: проєкти, лічильники, фото й схеми лишаються доступними; лише додавання понад безкоштовні ліміти знову потребує Pro.
4. Ваш вміст
Проєкти, нотатки, фото й файли схем, які ви додаєте, належать вам і зберігаються на вашому пристрої. Схеми зазвичай захищені авторським правом їхніх дизайнерів: імпортуйте лише ті файли, якими маєте право користуватися, і лише для особистого використання. Ви відповідаєте за те, що додаєте, і за збереження файлів резервних копій; ми не бачимо ваших даних і не можемо їх відновити. Див. політику конфіденційності.
5. Калькулятор пряжі
Калькулятор пряжі працює з числами, які ви вводите (етикетка, кухонні ваги, схема), і дає оцінку. Реальна витрата залежить від щільності вʼязання, візерунка й партії фарбування, тож тримайте запас. Ми не відповідаємо за нестачу чи залишки пряжі.
6. Допустиме використання
Не копіюйте, не перепродавайте, не декомпілюйте застосунок і не зловживайте ним, а також не використовуйте його для порушення закону.
7. Відмова від гарантій і відповідальність
Застосунок надається «як є», без гарантій, наскільки це дозволяє закон. Наскільки це дозволяє закон, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі збитки чи втрату даних унаслідок використання застосунку. Ніщо в цих умовах не обмежує прав споживача, від яких не можна відмовитися за законом вашої країни.
8. Зміни
Ми можемо оновлювати ці умови. Дата набрання чинності вгорі показує поточну версію. Якщо ви продовжуєте користуватися застосунком після змін, ви приймаєте оновлені умови.
