PoolPro terms of use

1. Agreement

PoolPro: Chemistry & Route is published by Dre Dev ("we"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

2. Doses are estimates: chemical safety is your responsibility

Doses, targets and water balance indexes are calculated from the test results, pool volume and product strengths you enter, using published pool chemistry (sources are listed in the app under Settings → How the math works). Test kits, volume estimates and product strengths vary, and liquid chlorine loses strength over time. Always read and follow the product label, add one chemical at a time with the pump running, never mix chemicals (for example acid with chlorine, or different chlorine products), keep chemicals away from children and pets, and retest before adding more. You are responsible for what you add to the water and for the safety of swimmers. The app is not affiliated with Trouble Free Pool or any chemical manufacturer.

3. Who can use the app

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

4. PoolPro Pro subscription

Some features require PoolPro Pro, an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). Prices and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
Pro is also offered as a one-time lifetime purchase: it is charged once, never renews and keeps Pro unlocked on your store account. Restore it on a new phone with Restore purchases.
Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.

5. Your data

Your pools, tests and client details stay on your device, as described in the privacy policy. Keep a backup (Settings → Back up data): we cannot recover data lost with a phone. Reports you send are yours, and you are responsible for their content.

6. Acceptable use

Don't copy, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, or use it for anything unlawful.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as damage to pool surfaces or equipment, chemical costs, injury from chemical handling or lost business, arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update the app and these terms. If the terms change, we will update this page and the effective date above.

2. Дози орієнтовні: за безпеку з хімією відповідаєте ви

Дози, цільові рівні й індекси балансу води розраховуються з результатів аналізу, об'єму басейну й концентрації засобів, які ви вводите, за опублікованою хімією басейнів (джерела наведені в застосунку: Settings → How the math works). Тести, оцінки об'єму й концентрації засобів різняться, а рідкий хлор із часом слабшає. Завжди читайте й виконуйте інструкцію на етикетці, додавайте по одному засобу з увімкненим насосом, ніколи не змішуйте хімію (наприклад кислоту з хлором або різні засоби з хлором), зберігайте її подалі від дітей і тварин і повторюйте аналіз перед новою дозою. Ви відповідаєте за те, що додаєте у воду, і за безпеку тих, хто плаває. Застосунок не пов'язаний із Trouble Free Pool чи будь-яким виробником хімії.

3. Хто може користуватися

Ви маєте досягти віку, з якого можна укладати обов'язкові угоди у вашій країні, або мати дозвіл батьків чи опікуна.

4. Підписка PoolPro Pro

Деякі функції потребують PoolPro Pro — підписки з автоматичним поновленням (щомісячної або щорічної). Ціни й безкоштовний пробний період, якщо він є, показуються в застосунку до покупки.
Pro також можна купити одноразово, назавжди: оплата списується один раз, не поновлюється, і Pro залишається відкритим у вашому обліковому записі магазину. На новому телефоні відновіть її через Restore purchases.
Оплата списується з облікового запису App Store або Google Play, коли ви підтверджуєте покупку або коли закінчується пробний період.
Підписка поновлюється автоматично, якщо не скасувати її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду. Оплата за поновлення списується протягом 24 годин до кінця періоду.
Керувати підпискою чи скасувати її можна в налаштуваннях облікового запису App Store або Google Play. Невикористана частина пробного періоду втрачається, коли ви купуєте підписку.
Повернення коштів здійснюють Apple або Google за своїми правилами.

5. Ваші дані

Ваші басейни, аналізи й дані клієнтів залишаються на пристрої, як описано в політиці конфіденційності. Робіть резервну копію (Settings → Back up data): ми не можемо відновити дані, втрачені разом із телефоном. Звіти, які ви надсилаєте, належать вам, і ви відповідаєте за їхній зміст.

6. Допустиме використання

Не копіюйте, не розбирайте, не перепродавайте й не поширюйте застосунок і не використовуйте його незаконно.

7. Відмова від гарантій і відповідальність

Застосунок надається «як є» і «як доступно», без жодних гарантій, зокрема точності чи придатності для певної мети. У межах, дозволених законом, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі чи похідні збитки, як-от пошкодження покриття басейну чи обладнання, витрати на хімію, травми під час роботи з хімією або втрачений бізнес, пов'язані з використанням застосунку. Наша загальна відповідальність обмежена сумою, яку ви заплатили за застосунок за 12 місяців до претензії.

8. Зміни

Ми можемо оновлювати застосунок і ці умови. Якщо умови зміняться, ми оновимо цю сторінку й дату набрання чинності вище.
