PaintBid terms of use

1. Agreement
PaintBid: Painting Estimator is published by Dre Dev ("we"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
2. Estimates only — verify before you buy or bid
All results are estimates based on the measurements and numbers you enter and on general rules of thumb. Coverage presets, standard door and window sizes, crew speeds and default prices are starting points, not manufacturer data. Real coverage depends on the product, color, surface texture and porosity, and how it is applied; real hours depend on your crew and the site. Always confirm coverage on the product's label or data sheet and use your own rates and prices. You are responsible for the materials you order, the prices you quote and the work you perform.
3. Who can use the app
You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
4. PaintBid Pro
- Some features require PaintBid Pro, available as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Lifetime is a single payment for the current and future versions of PaintBid Pro on the same store account; it does not renew and has nothing to cancel.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
5. Your data
Your jobs, quotes and business details stay on your device, as described in the privacy policy. Quotes you create are yours, and you are responsible for their content and for the agreements you make with your clients.
6. Acceptable use
Don't copy, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as material costs, underbid or lost jobs, lost profits or rework, arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. If the terms change, we will update this page and the effective date above.

2. Лише орієнтовні розрахунки — перевіряйте перед закупівлею й кошторисом
Усі результати є орієнтовними й залежать від замірів і чисел, які ви вводите, та загальних практичних правил. Пресети покриття, стандартні розміри дверей і вікон, швидкість бригади й ціни за замовчуванням — це відправна точка, а не дані виробника. Реальне покриття залежить від продукту, кольору, фактури й пористості поверхні та способу нанесення; реальні години — від вашої бригади й об'єкта. Завжди звіряйте покриття з етикеткою або технічним паспортом продукту й використовуйте власні ставки та ціни. Ви відповідаєте за матеріали, які замовляєте, ціни, які називаєте клієнтам, і роботу, яку виконуєте.
3. Хто може користуватися
Ви маєте досягти віку, з якого можна укладати обов'язкові угоди у вашій країні, або мати дозвіл батьків чи опікуна.
4. PaintBid Pro
- Деякі функції доступні лише в PaintBid Pro — це підписка з автоматичним поновленням (щомісячна або річна) або разова покупка Lifetime. Ціни й безкоштовний пробний період, якщо він є, показані в застосунку перед покупкою.
- Оплата списується з вашого облікового запису App Store або Google Play під час підтвердження покупки або після завершення пробного періоду.
- Підписка поновлюється автоматично, якщо ви не скасуєте її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду. Плата за поновлення списується протягом 24 годин до кінця періоду.
- Керувати підпискою чи скасувати її можна в налаштуваннях облікового запису App Store або Google Play. Видалення застосунку її не скасовує. Невикористана частина пробного періоду анулюється, коли ви купуєте підписку.
- Lifetime — одноразовий платіж за поточну й майбутні версії PaintBid Pro в тому самому обліковому записі магазину; він не поновлюється, і скасовувати нічого не треба.
- Повернення коштів обробляють Apple або Google за своїми правилами.
5. Ваші дані
Ваші роботи, кошториси й дані фірми залишаються на пристрої, як описано в політиці конфіденційності. Кошториси, які ви створюєте, належать вам, і ви відповідаєте за їхній зміст і за домовленості з клієнтами.
6. Допустиме використання
Не копіюйте, не розбирайте, не перепродавайте й не поширюйте застосунок і не використовуйте його для незаконних цілей.
7. Відмова від гарантій і відповідальність
Застосунок надається «як є» і «як доступно», без будь-яких гарантій, зокрема точності чи придатності для певної мети. У межах, дозволених законом, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі збитки, як-от витрати на матеріали, занижені чи втрачені замовлення, втрачений прибуток чи переробку, що виникли через використання застосунку. Наша загальна відповідальність обмежена сумою, яку ви сплатили за застосунок за 12 місяців до претензії.
8. Зміни
Ми можемо оновлювати застосунок і ці умови. Якщо умови зміняться, ми оновимо цю сторінку й дату набрання чинності вище.
