Electrician Calc terms of use

These terms apply to the Electrician Calc mobile app (“the app”), published by Dre Dev (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal and professional work, under these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from. You may not copy, resell, decompile or redistribute the app, except where the law expressly allows it.

3. Free and Pro features

Some calculators are free, and so is one project with its PDF report. The other calculators and further projects require Pro, which is offered as a subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The features, plans and prices are shown on the Pro screen in the app.

4. Subscriptions and lifetime purchase

• Payment is charged to your Google Play account (or Apple ID) when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the price shown, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription when it ends, unless cancelled before.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or in your Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Lifetime Pro is a one-time payment: it does not renew and there is nothing to cancel. It unlocks Pro for as long as the app is available, on devices signed in to the same store account.
• Buying Lifetime Pro does not cancel a subscription you already have. Cancel it in the store as described above, or it will keep renewing.
• Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their refund policies.
• Use “Restore purchases” in the app to unlock Pro on a new device with the same store account.

5. Changes to the app

We may update, change or remove features, and correct reference data, to improve the app or keep it in line with standards and store rules.

6. Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To that extent, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss or damage arising from the use of calculation results, including damage to property, injury, or failed inspections. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Privacy

How the app handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Estos términos se aplican a la app móvil Electrician Calc (“la app”), publicada por Dre Dev (“nosotros”). Al instalar o usar la app los aceptas. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la app.

1. Licencia

Te otorgamos una licencia personal, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar la app en dispositivos que te pertenecen o que controlas, para trabajo personal y profesional, conforme a estos términos y a las reglas de la tienda desde la que la descargaste. No puedes copiar, revender, descompilar ni redistribuir la app, salvo donde la ley lo permita expresamente.

3. Funciones gratuitas y Pro

Algunas calculadoras son gratuitas, igual que un proyecto con su reporte PDF. Las demás calculadoras y los proyectos adicionales requieren Pro, que se ofrece como suscripción o como compra única de por vida. Las funciones, los planes y los precios se muestran en la pantalla de Pro de la app.

4. Suscripciones y compra de por vida

• El pago se carga a tu cuenta de Google Play (o a tu Apple ID) cuando confirmas la compra.
• Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente al final de cada periodo al precio mostrado, salvo que las canceles al menos 24 horas antes de que termine el periodo.
• Si se ofrece una prueba gratuita, se convierte en una suscripción de pago cuando termina, salvo que la canceles antes.
• Puedes administrar o cancelar una suscripción en cualquier momento en Google Play → Pagos y suscripciones → Suscripciones, o en los ajustes de tu Apple ID. Cancelar detiene las renovaciones futuras; el acceso continúa hasta el final del periodo pagado.
• Pro de por vida es un pago único: no se renueva y no hay nada que cancelar. Desbloquea Pro mientras la app esté disponible, en los dispositivos con la misma cuenta de la tienda.
• Comprar Pro de por vida no cancela una suscripción que ya tengas. Cancélala en la tienda como se describe arriba; si no, se seguirá renovando.
• Los reembolsos los gestionan Google o Apple según sus políticas de reembolso.
• Usa “Restaurar compras” en la app para desbloquear Pro en un dispositivo nuevo con la misma cuenta de la tienda.

5. Cambios en la app

Podemos actualizar, cambiar o quitar funciones y corregir datos de referencia para mejorar la app o mantenerla al día con las normas y las reglas de las tiendas.

6. Limitación de responsabilidad

La app se ofrece “tal cual” y “según disponibilidad”, sin garantías de ningún tipo, en la máxima medida que permita la ley. En esa medida, no somos responsables de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes, ni de pérdidas o daños derivados del uso de los resultados de cálculo, incluidos daños materiales, lesiones o inspecciones no aprobadas. Nuestra responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamo se limita a lo que pagaste por la app en los 12 meses anteriores al reclamo. Nada en estos términos limita los derechos que tengas como consumidor y que la ley no permita excluir.

8. Cambios en estos términos

Podemos actualizar estos términos. La versión vigente siempre está en esta página con su fecha de vigencia. Seguir usando la app después de un cambio significa que aceptas los términos actualizados.

1. Ліцензія

Ми надаємо вам особисту, невиключну ліцензію без права передачі на використання застосунку на пристроях, якими ви володієте чи керуєте, для особистої та професійної роботи відповідно до цих умов і правил магазину, з якого його завантажено. Заборонено копіювати, перепродавати, декомпілювати чи поширювати застосунок, крім випадків, прямо дозволених законом.

Частина калькуляторів безкоштовна, як і один проєкт із PDF-звітом. Інші калькулятори й наступні проєкти доступні в Pro, яке можна оформити як підписку або придбати назавжди одним платежем. Склад функцій, плани й ціни показано на екрані Pro в застосунку.

4. Підписки й довічна покупка

• Оплата списується з облікового запису Google Play (або Apple ID) після підтвердження покупки.
• Підписка автоматично поновлюється наприкінці кожного періоду за вказаною ціною, якщо її не скасовано щонайменше за 24 години до кінця періоду.
• Якщо пропонується безкоштовний пробний період, після його завершення підписка стає платною, якщо її не скасовано раніше.
• Керувати підпискою чи скасувати її можна будь-коли в Google Play → Платежі й підписки → Підписки або в налаштуваннях Apple ID. Скасування зупиняє наступні поновлення; доступ зберігається до кінця оплаченого періоду.
• Pro назавжди — це разовий платіж: він не поновлюється, і скасовувати нічого не потрібно. Pro залишається відкритим, доки застосунок доступний, на пристроях з тим самим обліковим записом магазину.
• Покупка Pro назавжди не скасовує вже оформлену підписку. Скасуйте її в магазині, як описано вище, інакше вона й далі поновлюватиметься.
• Повернення коштів здійснюють Google або Apple за своїми правилами.
• Щоб увімкнути Pro на новому пристрої з тим самим обліковим записом магазину, натисніть у застосунку «Відновити покупки».

5. Зміни в застосунку

Ми можемо оновлювати, змінювати чи прибирати функції й уточнювати довідкові дані, щоб покращити застосунок або привести його у відповідність до стандартів і правил магазинів.

6. Обмеження відповідальності

Застосунок надається «як є» і «як доступно», без будь-яких гарантій, у межах, дозволених законом. У цих межах ми не відповідаємо за непрямі, випадкові чи наслідкові збитки, а також за будь-які втрати чи шкоду внаслідок використання результатів розрахунків, зокрема пошкодження майна, травми чи неуспішні перевірки. Наша сукупна відповідальність за будь-якою вимогою обмежена сумою, сплаченою вами за застосунок за 12 місяців до вимоги. Ці умови не обмежують прав споживача, які не можна виключити за законом.

Як застосунок обробляє дані, описано в Політиці конфіденційності.

8. Зміни умов

Ми можемо оновлювати ці умови. Чинна версія завжди розміщена на цій сторінці з датою набрання чинності. Продовження користування застосунком після змін означає згоду з оновленими умовами.
