CoatCalc terms of use

1. Agreement
CoatCalc is published by Dre Dev ("we"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
2. Estimates only — verify before you buy or bid
All results are estimates based on the numbers you enter and on general rules of thumb. Product presets and default prices are starting points, not manufacturer data. Coverage, thickness, solids content, pot life, cure times and site conditions vary by product and job. Always confirm against the manufacturer's technical data sheet (TDS) and your own measurements. You are responsible for the materials you order, the prices you quote and the work you perform.
3. Who can use the app
You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
4. CoatCalc Pro subscription
- Some features require CoatCalc Pro, an auto-renewing subscription (for example monthly or yearly). Prices and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
5. Your data
Your jobs, quotes and business details stay on your device, as described in the privacy policy. Quotes you create are yours, and you are responsible for their content.
6. Acceptable use
Don't copy, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as material costs, lost profits, failed coatings or rework, arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. If the terms change, we will update this page and the effective date above.

2. Лише орієнтовні розрахунки — перевіряйте перед закупівлею й кошторисом
Усі результати є орієнтовними й залежать від чисел, які ви вводите, та загальних практичних правил. Пресети продуктів і ціни за замовчуванням — це відправна точка, а не дані виробника. Покриття, товщина, вміст сухого залишку, час життя суміші, час висихання й умови на об'єкті залежать від продукту та роботи. Завжди звіряйтеся з технічним паспортом продукту (TDS) і власними замірами. Ви відповідаєте за матеріали, які замовляєте, ціни, які називаєте клієнтам, і роботу, яку виконуєте.
3. Хто може користуватися
Ви маєте досягти віку, з якого можна укладати обов'язкові угоди у вашій країні, або мати дозвіл батьків чи опікуна.
4. Підписка CoatCalc Pro
- Деякі функції доступні лише в CoatCalc Pro — підписці з автоматичним поновленням (наприклад, щомісячній або річній). Ціни й безкоштовний пробний період, якщо він є, показані в застосунку перед покупкою.
- Оплата списується з вашого облікового запису App Store або Google Play під час підтвердження покупки або після завершення пробного періоду.
- Підписка поновлюється автоматично, якщо ви не скасуєте її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду. Плата за поновлення списується протягом 24 годин до кінця періоду.
- Керувати підпискою чи скасувати її можна в налаштуваннях облікового запису App Store або Google Play. Невикористана частина пробного періоду анулюється, коли ви купуєте підписку.
- Повернення коштів обробляють Apple або Google за своїми правилами.
5. Ваші дані
Ваші об'єкти, кошториси й дані фірми залишаються на пристрої, як описано в політиці конфіденційності. Кошториси, які ви створюєте, належать вам, і ви відповідаєте за їхній зміст.
6. Допустиме використання
Не копіюйте, не розбирайте, не перепродавайте й не поширюйте застосунок і не використовуйте його для незаконних цілей.
7. Відмова від гарантій і відповідальність
Застосунок надається «як є» і «як доступно», без будь-яких гарантій, зокрема точності чи придатності для певної мети. У межах, дозволених законом, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі збитки, як-от витрати на матеріали, втрачений прибуток, дефекти покриття чи переробку, що виникли через використання застосунку. Наша загальна відповідальність обмежена сумою, яку ви сплатили за застосунок за 12 місяців до претензії.
8. Зміни
Ми можемо оновлювати застосунок і ці умови. Якщо умови зміняться, ми оновимо цю сторінку й дату набрання чинності вище.
